Card Games and Me (What I Like and Dislike)

Long time no see! I've been working on this post for awhile as the last post before I attempt to revamp the blog to look prettier and advertise it more heavily to hopefully get more readers (I love watching numbers go up). This post is simply how I explain what I want from a card game and will most likely have different opinions than some of you. I will refrain from using names of specific card games to keep myself from getting off topic. So without further ado (Okay this is strictly further ado) click that read more button to see actual content (Long posts are annoying on front pages).

Review: Eternal: Card Game (In Early Access)

Lets get down to the business of what you all want to hear about: Eternal, a new card game by Direwolf (co-developers of The Elder Scrolls: Legends). It was released on steam Early Access this past November. For this review, I'll be looking at it from the perspective of a player of Magic: The Gathering

Review: Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters

So as a preface, I have played Yu-Gi-Oh since 2002 or so whenever the show came out on KidsWB on Saturday mornings. It's been a long time and I have always kept up with it which is why I'm starting with a review of the card game I ran a blog for a year or so on. What to expect below: Personal Anecdotes, SHORT overview of the premise of the game, a list of Pros and Cons associated with all facets of the card game I have experience with. Without much further ado you'll want to click the Read More so as to not take up a whole page.

The Who and Why of Card Game Guru

Over the years I have ran a successful Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters blog and a Cardfight! Vanguard blog. Those have been pushed under the rug ever since due to varying levels of interest in the games. So the question is why am I going back into card game blogging? The answer is simple, I love card games all of them. I've played, Yu-Gi-Oh, Vanguard, Magic: the Gathering, Hex, Elder Scrolls Legends, Spellweaver, Hearthstone, My Little Pony CCG, Ascension, Munchkin, and many more over the years most of which as a passing fancy or just for giggles. The common trend in all of them is that I played them all to some degree and am developing my own.

So now that you know who I am I'll tell you why I am doing this after the break.
